2016 Leadership and Diversity for Innovation Program Application Form

October 27, 2014

Women’s World Banking is proud to announce a call for applications for its Leadership and Diversity for Innovation Program, which brings together a senior executive (female or male) and a woman leader or high-potential woman (selected by the senior executive) from up to 20 top-performing institutions committed to financial inclusion from around the world. Over the course of 12 months, these two cohorts join a number of in-person and remote trainings designed to achieve personal transformation and leadership impact at the institutional level. Each team will identify and solve a real-time challenge facing their institution, such as growing the business responsibly, better serving existing clients, reaching new market segments, or creating inclusive workplaces to attract and retain diverse talent. Participants will leave the program with the tools necessary to deliver the strategic business initiative identified at the outset of the program and with a peer network to support them.

To achieve this impact, the program includes two tracks:

  1. Senior executive track: CEO, direct report to CEO or Executive leading a business unit, team or function
  2. Women leader or high-potential women track: women leaders identified as strategic partners already occupying a leadership role within the organization, or those ready to adopt new responsibilities or being groomed for advancement within the organization
