We invest in women as leaders to make stronger financial service providers, stronger regulatory environments, and stronger economies.

Reimagining our curriculum for tomorrow’s needs

In 2018, we continued to offer a variety of leadership and diversity programs, both updating signature programs and introducing a new one. For the first time, the signature global program, the Leadership and Diversity for Innovation Program (LDIP), integrated a focus on women-centered design into the curriculum.

89% of executive participants shifted their perspective on the value of investing in women as leaders.

86% of women leader participants report increased scope of responsibility.

Leadership and Diversityfinds a new audience

In partnership with the Alliance for Financial Inclusion, we accepted applications for our first Leadership and Diversity Program for Regulators, designed to influence these critical actors to create stronger policy environments for women’s financial inclusion. We recruited 20 pairs of leaders from Central Banks and other regulatory bodies to participate in the 2019 program, which includes an in-person component at Oxford University.
