Julie Hogan

Julie Hogan currently serves as the Vice President, Global Banking Solutions at Diebold Nixdorf. In this role, she is responsible for the company’s global banking portfolio, working directly with sales, software and hardware R&D to enable solutions that automate, digitize and transform how people bank. Her span of accountability includes product management, pre-sales support, solution architecture, and global solution governance.

Prior to this, Hogan led the organization’s global services portfolio for banking and retail with the focus to drive portfolio modernization and new value offerings to achieve efficiency, scale, and services revenue growth.

Hogan serves as the DN ambassador for diversity, equity, and inclusion to enable innovation through diversity of thought, ideas, and creativity where all employees have equal opportunity to thrive.

With 30 years of experience in technology, innovation, and outsourcing, Hogan has held senior leadership roles in global, multi-billion-dollar companies.  She served as SVP, Global Services at Xerox. In this role, she developed turnaround strategies that exceeded revenue and profitability goals while improving customer satisfaction.  Hogan held leadership roles in global delivery, managed services, professional services, technical services, sales, and outsourcing.

Hogan also held leadership roles at NCR in the areas of enterprise delivery, technical service, support services, parts, logistics, and outsourcing. As VP, North America Services, she transformed the delivery organization by standing up a shared services model to support banking, retail, hospitality, travel, technology and telecom.  She also served in the US Navy as a Cryptologic Technician.

Hogan earned an MBA from the McColl School of Business at Queens University in Charlotte, NC along with Executive Development from The Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University.  Hogan currently resides in Atlanta, GA with her wife Allison.
