Carolyn Jander

Carolyn Jander is Executive Assistant to the President and Chief Executive Officer at Women’s World Banking, where she supports organizational leadership and strategic initiatives advancing women’s financial inclusion globally.

She began her career in foreign policy and human rights before transitioning to private equity, where she spent more than 20 years providing executive-level support to C-suite leaders. She brings extensive experience in executive administration, operations, and strategic coordination within fast-paced, mission-driven environments.

Carolyn holds a Master of Arts degree from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
