Bio

Megan is the Regional Research Lead for Latin America and also leads global qualitative research at Women’s World Banking.

Megan has led research projects in Nicaragua and Colombia, and contributes to the Research Team topical expertise in agriculture and rural livelihoods. She previously secured funding for her research from the National Science Foundation and the Fulbright Association. In addition to research, Megan brings to Women’s World Banking her background in teaching, mentoring students, and non-profit work.

Megan holds a PhD and MS degrees in Geography, and focuses on designing transformative mixed methods research to examine women’s livelihoods and their access to and use of resources.
