Victoria Jory
Bio
Victoria is the lead for Making Finance Work for Women, Global Events and Brand within the Global Marketing and Communications team.
Prior to joining Women’s World Banking, she was Director, Global Impact at Standard Chartered Bank where she worked for 14 years. During this time, she has had many roles across Group Corporate Affairs, Brand and Marketing, Private Bank and Europe CEO Office. She led two of the Group’s flagship initiatives: Seeing is Believing for avoidable blindness and Positive Living, supporting HIV and AIDS awareness. She supported the Private Bank and Europe CEO on employee engagement and events. During a short break from the Bank Victoria completed a six-month contract with Orbis International where she led Orbis’ Flying Eye Hospital (FEH) project – managing the FEH’s arrival and week-long engagement.
Victoria earned a BA (Hons) in Interior Design and Project Management.
