Training leaders and promoting diversity to better serve the low-income women’s market

We use a broad range of learning approaches – in-house training, executive coaching, peer exchanges – to guide participants to more effectively lead through complexity and change.

Global Open Enrollment Programs


Leadership and Diversity Program for Regulators

This is a global leadership program for senior officials from central banks and other regulatory agencies and high-potential women from their respective institutions. Each senior official identifies a gender-inclusive policy initiative to sponsor at their institution and will work with their high-potential woman leader to implement it.


Women Advancing Leadership

This virtual leadership program is for Women’s World Banking’s Women in Leadership program alumnae from regulatory agencies and financial service providers who are now serving in senior roles. Each week, participants gather for live online sessions such as emotional intelligence, influence and persuasion, mapping power dynamics, motivating teams and leading change. Participating leaders will gain self-awareness of their unique leadership contribution and chart a path forward.


Women in Leadership

This program is designed for high-potential women leaders and equips them with the tools to develop their leadership vision and an action plan to make that vision a reality. More broadly, the program supports institutions in building a diverse workforce, developing talent, and planning for succession.

Leadership and Diversity for Innovation Program

This global leadership program partners a senior executive with a high-potential woman leader, developing their skills to successfully serve low-income women while charting a path for more diverse leadership within the institution. The pair works together on a real-time business challenge related to serving the women’s market or advancing internal gender diversity.

Senior Management Program

Highly customized program for senior executive teams focusing on individual and team effectiveness, leadership and management skills and leading organizational change.

Leadership Exchange

Highly customized program for one or more institutions on key business and strategic issues, innovating to serve the women’s market, leadership challenges and opportunities, and leadership skills-building.
