Equity Bank (Kenya) won three awards in the 8th edition of Think Business Banking Awards 2013. They were recognized as the “Best Bank in Kenya” – ahead of 42 banks for the second straight year, “Best Tier 1 Bank in Kenya” (banks with an asset base exceeding Ksh 150 billion) and the award for the “Bank with the Lowest Charges” – recognizing their focus on affordability.
