Position Summary

Women’s World Banking invites Expressions of Interest from experienced media, public relations, and integrated communications agencies to support its South Asia (largely India) thought leadership positioning, executive profiling, reputation building, and fundraising communications (earned + owned channels. No paid).

This is an Expression of Interest only. Shortlisted agencies will be invited to participate in a subsequent Request for Proposal process and detailed pitch presentation.

Women’s World Banking seeks a strategic communications partner with demonstrated expertise in financial inclusion, social impact and purpose, gender equity, development finance, or adjacent sectors.

How to Apply

Interested agencies are requested to submit a concise proposal that includes (ppt slides):

  1. Organizational Profile
  • Legal name and year of establishment
  • Geographic footprint
  • Core service offerings
  1. Relevant Experience
  • List of current and recent clients in similar sectors
  • List of CSR, foundation, or philanthropic mandates currently handled
  • List of purpose-driven or social impact campaigns currently managed
  • Relevant case studies with measurable outcomes
  • Links to sample work, including thought leadership and executive profiling
  1. Proposed Team
  • Profile of team lead for such a mandate
  • Short bios of key talent in this space (across levels)
  • Specific experience in translating knowledge products into op-eds, briefing notes, etc.
  1. Strategic Assessment: Agencies must include a short note on your assessment of Women’s World Banking’s current positioning, visibility, profiling, media presence, etc. (strengths, gaps, and missed opportunities).

Expressions of Interest must be received no later than March 16, 2026
