Desy Hartono

Desy has over 20 years experience in financial and tech industry. She began working at Deloitte as an auditor and later worked for various banks including HSBC, Standard Chartered, BTPN (SMBC Group) and UOB responsible for product development & portfolio management across customer segments as well as digital transformation.

She then joined Bukalapak, leading the e-commerce to develop and roll out payment and financing capabilities for retail and MSME segment before she transitioned to advisory roles in diverse sectors including banking and plantation.

Desy is keen to employ her experience to foster financial inclusion and women empowerment.
