Charlie Bronks
Bio
Charlie is the driving force behind the sustainability transformation of Crown Agents Bank (CAB), leading the bank’s efforts to promote Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles. With deep cross-sector knowledge ranging from financial services, international trade and development to fund-raising, Charlie is driving CAB’s commitment to sustainability and is currently spearheading the B Corp certification process for the bank.
In addition to her role as a sustainability leader, Charlie established the Marketing and Communications function at CAB and is a skilled communications strategist.
Before joining CAB, Charlie worked with Atos Consulting and Crown Agents Limited, where she led the strategic partnerships and was Director of The Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award World Fellowship, a funding mechanism for a global charity. She holds an MA in Global Diplomacy from the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS), University of London, and is a Rugby World Cup Winner.
Passionate about ESG issues, Charlie is a Board Member of the United Nations Global Compact Network UK (UNGC) and a regular moderator and panellist. Charlie is committed to integrating ESG principles into all aspects of CAB’s operations and driving positive change within the industry.
