Martyna Malinowska

Martyna is a co-founder and CPO of GajiGesa, a benefits platform that is empowering millions of working poor in Indonesia to achieve financial wellness.

Martyna began her journey in the investment banking arm of JP Morgan, after a few years she transitioned into the tech industry, where she has been working on various fintech products.

She led the product team at LenddoEFL, an alternative data credit score fintech, and as Product Director with SC Ventures, Martyna was instrumental in building a new digital bank in Singapore.

Throughout her career, Martyna has been driven by her commitment to using technology to create a more equitable and inclusive financial system.
