Namrita Jhangiani
Bio
Namrita Jhangiani is passionate about empowering women and girls, helping them build confidence and access greater opportunities.
She is a Senior Partner at Egon Zehnder, a global leadership advisory firm, where she collaborates with the boards and CEOs of some of the world’s leading banks and financial institutions on governance, succession planning, and leadership development.
Earlier in her career, Namrita worked in consulting and banking with Arthur D. Little, ANZ Bank, and Bank of America in Mumbai. She holds a BA in Economics from St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai University, and an MBA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
Namrita also serves as a Non-Executive Director on the board of Jai Hind College (Mumbai University). She is based in Mumbai.
