Ngozika Ndefo

Ngozika Ndefo is an Advisory Services Associate, Africa at Women’s World Banking. She works with financial institutions to develop innovative products and solutions that drive financial inclusion for women through women-centered design, business strategy, research and advocacy.

Prior to joining Women’s World Banking, she worked with Interswitch, Africa’s leading financial technology company in Nigeria as a Senior Associate, Strategy and Advisory services for 3.5 years with experience in digital payments, financial services, cards & agency banking. Ngozika holds a first class bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering from Covenant University, Nigeria. She is fluent in English and Igbo.
