Beth Roberts

Vice Chair

Bio

Beth spent her consulting career at Accenture in the Capital Markets industry, working throughout the Americas, Europe, and Asia.  During that time, she held a number of positions, including the North American Capital Markets Industry Managing Director and the Client Managing Director for the Capital Markets Solutions Group.  In these positions she was responsible for P&Ls, overall management, client sales and development, developing the strategic industry vision, and the due diligence, acquisition, and integration of another capital markets firm.

In addition to her client responsibilities, Beth was a member of Accenture’s CEO Advisory Committee, a group of twenty Managing Directors who provided counsel and advice to the CEO of Accenture.    Post IPO, Beth was elected to be a member of the Inside Nominating Committee for the Board of Directors, and the Inside Nominating Committee to identify Accenture’s new CEO.  Beth was also a passionate advocate of global corporate citizenship; specifically in the area of women’s issues and financial inclusion.  Beth led the Great Place to Work for Women for Accenture’s Financial Services Practice in North America, sponsored International Women’s Day, and was a member of the firm’s HR Council.  She also was the founding Accenture Sponsor for the Susan G. Komen NY Race for the Cure.

Beth received her MBA in Finance and International Business from New York University’s Stern Graduate School of Business and her B.A. in Economics and Psychology from Emory University.

Beth joined the FWWB USA Board of Directors in 2005 and became the Board’s Chairman in 2008.   From 2011 – 2018, she was a member of the SWWB Board of Womens’ World Banking.  She rejoined the WWB Board in 2025 as Vice Chairman.

In addition to her Board role at Womens’ World Banking, Beth has served on the Boards of Riverdale Country School, Baldwin School of Puerto Rico, Beach Point Club, and the 1925 Foundation.
