Emma Jones

Emma graduated from the Geneva Graduate Institute with a Master’s in International and Development Studies, specializing in Gender, Race, and Diversity as a Rotary Global Grant Scholar. She wrote her thesis on philanthropy, partnerships and gender dynamics in Uganda.

Emma has experience as a Research Assistant on a large-scale Gender Lens Investing project and completed an internship in DEI at UBS and Credit Suisse across the merge. She was also Co-President of the Geneva Impact Investing Association. Emma also holds a Bachelor’s degree in French and Politics from the University of Nottingham and has spent a lot of time working with children and young people with disabilities.
