Bio

Jasmine Gulidov Torres is the Strategy and Special Projects Specialist at Women’s World Banking, where she supports the development of the organizational strategy to advance women’s financial inclusion globally. She joined the organization in 2025, bringing a deep commitment to mission-driven work and a background in strategy, consulting, and cross-functional program management.

Previously, Jasmine led global strategic alignment across employee health programs at Google, where she also spearheaded a COVID-19 vaccination initiative that served employees and dependents across more than 50 countries. Prior to Google, she was a Senior Consultant at IBM, advising Fortune 100 clients on business transformation and delivering operational improvements with measurable results.

Beyond her full-time roles, Jasmine has contributed to social impact through pro bono consulting with Seed Consulting Group, where she developed strategic roadmaps for nonprofits focused on food security. She has also advised mission-driven organizations such as The Good Food Institute and Fire Ox Foods on go-to-market strategies and industry positioning.

Jasmine holds a BS in Molecular and Cellular Biology from Johns Hopkins University and an MBA from the Yale School of Management.
