Harsha Rodrigues

Chief Strategy Officer

Harsha Rodrigues is the Executive Vice President for Strategy at Women’s World Banking, the global nonprofit devoted to giving more low-income women access to the financial tools and resources they require to achieve security and prosperity. She is responsible for leading all of Women’s World Banking’s strategic initiatives including the development and monitoring of the organization’s strategic plan, identifying new business initiatives and managing the growth of the network. With expertise in the areas of strategy development and implementation, over more than a decade, her work has resulted in increasing Women’s World Banking’s global footprint and furthering the vision toward women’s financial inclusion.

Prior to joining Women’s World Banking in 2001, Harsha worked as a Management Consultant with Deloitte and was responsible for leading teams in the Health Care Practice in analyzing and implementing performance improvement strategies for multi-facility healthcare systems nationwide. Harsha leverages both her corporate and not-for-profit experience to gain a thorough understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing the organization to design strategies that best deliver on achieving the mission and vision and continuing to make a difference in the lives of low-income women around the world.

Harsha holds a B.A. in Economics from St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai and an MBA in International Business from Case Western Reserve University in Ohio. She is Indian and is fluent in English and Hindi.
