RFQ: Executive Coaching for Leadership and Diversity Program for Regulators (LDR)
Position Overview
Roles and Responsibilities
Women’s World Banking is seeking skilled executive coaches to provide remote coaching sessions for participants in our Leadership and Diversity Program for Regulators. We seek individuals with a strong background in executive coaching to support the development of high-impact leaders through virtual coaching engagements.
The consultant will be responsible for:
- Reaching out to senior officials to schedule coaching sessions.
- Coordinating and conducting four coaching sessions for each allocated Senior Official.
- Maintaining a detailed log of completed sessions, including dates and times.
- Invoicing Women’s World Banking for the sessions completed, ensuring all financial documentation is accurate and submitted on time.
About the Project;
The Leadership and Diversity Program for Regulators is a multi-week global blended learning program, taught by Women’s World Banking and Faculty from Oxford University’s Saïd Business School, which brings together senior officials (male/female/nonbinary) from central banks and other regulatory agencies and high-potential women from their respective institutions. Each participating team, composed of a senior official and a high-potential leader, selects a real-time institutional policy challenge related to women’s financial inclusion to address over the course of the program. The senior official also acts as a mentor and sponsor to the woman leader who goes through a leadership development track in the program. The executive coaching sessions are designed to support an allocated Senior Official from the LDR 2025 cohort, they are entitled to four sessions over the assignment period.
Preferred Qualifications
- Trained Coach: Completion of formal coach training from a recognized institution, with a solid foundation in coaching principles and practices.
- Coaching Accreditation: Accreditation from a recognized body, such as the International Coaching Federation (ICF) or European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC), is preferred but not required.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience specifically coaching executives, with a proven track record of successful outcomes and executive development.
- Strong Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrated ability to build rapport, communicate effectively, and create a supportive and engaging coaching environment.
- Understanding of Executive Needs: Familiarity with the unique challenges and pressures faced by executives, including strategy, leadership, and high-level decision-making.
