Carolyn Hagerty

Carolyn Hagerty serves as a Budget and Finance Specialist on the Women’s World Banking Finance and Operations team. In this role, Carolyn is responsible for monitoring, updating, and analyzing all project budgets and expenses.

Previously, she served as a Senior Budget Analyst for the NYC Mayor’s Office of Management and Budget.

She earned a BA in Economics and Public Policy & Administration from Wagner College and an MS in Finance from the University of Rochester Simon Business School.
