Women’s World Banking, Inc. is a global NGO which has worked for many years to advance women’s financial inclusion in India, primarily using a team of U.S.-based consultants to deliver projects via a “fly in, fly out” model. To advance its impact and grow its presence in India, Women’s World Banking, Inc. is now forming an Indian Limited Liability Partnership (the “Organization”) to lead its operations in the country. This Organization will carry out activities in India on Women’s World Banking, Inc.’s behalf to advance women’s financial inclusion and economic empowerment, supported by a team of local employees (currently comprising 5 staff members). In anticipation of the Organization’s formation, Women’s World Banking, Inc. seeks a firm to provide audit and tax services (the “Auditor”) for the Organization in accordance with Indian law and generally accepted accounting standards.

Women’s World Banking is the global leader in women’s financial inclusion. Rooted in our deep understanding of the women’s market, we tackle financial inclusion in three interconnected ways: first, by partnering with financial services providers to develop scalable market-driven solutions; second, through our gender-lens private equity fund; and, finally, because diverse institutions are proven to be stronger, we build institutional capacity through leadership and diversity programs. Through this holistic approach and our global reach of 49 institutions in 32 countries, we accelerate economic opportunity for low-income women and growth for financial service providers in the emerging markets.
