Women’s World Banking is looking for freelance graphic designer(s) who can represent the work we do into compelling visuals.

Women’s World Banking is the global leader in women’s financial inclusion. Rooted in our deep understanding of the women’s market, we tackle financial inclusion in three interconnected ways: first, by partnering with financial services providers to develop scalable market-driven solutions; second, through our gender-lens private equity fund; and, finally, because diverse institutions are proven to be stronger, we build institutional capacity through leadership and diversity programs. Through this holistic approach and our global reach of 49 institutions in 32 countries, we accelerate economic opportunity for low-income women and growth for financial service providers in the emerging markets.

The graphic designer should have a broad range of design skills with particular expertise in the areas of:
• Infographics
• Print Publications (5-15 page case studies, white papers)
• Collateral/Fact Sheets
• Sell Sheets
• Event Show Look (programs, signage)
• Powerpoint visuals
• Interactive digital publications
• E-mail templates for use with Pardot
• Digital paid ads
• Iconography
• Data visualization

Consultants are needed on short-term projects. Consultants will be procured under retainer contracts for the period of one year. Women’s World Banking may extend the contract at the organization’s discretion.

• At least 5 years in graphic design across a variety of mediums with particular focus on using Adobe Creative Suite
• Ability to design for print and digital
• Ability to respond to tight deadlines
• Ability to incorporate feedback and work with Women’s World Banking to develop an exceptional final product
• Must be willing to follow established brand guidelines
• Any artwork and fonts must comply with PCs
• Ability to work with printers to ensure success of final product
• Contract will be for 12 months with possibility of extending to an additional 12 months
• Experience with nonprofits
• All work will be property of Women’s World Banking and designers will be asked to submit raw files
• All freelance designers must have a LLC established
• Ability to work up to 10-15 hours/week.
