Women’s World Banking is seeking an entity to provide customization/integration and enhancement consulting for our current NPSP instance. The Consultant must demonstrate experience working with NPSP customization and integration based on Women’s World banking scope and requirements.

Women’s World Banking’s co-actors are its global network of cross-sector partners including retail banks, mobile network operators, FinTech companies, governments, multinational corporations and funders which today includes 55 organizations in 32 countries, serving more than 30 million women clients. These network members serve as implementing, catalyzing, and strategic partners that help achieve Women’s World Banking’s mission.

About the Project
The main objective is to synchronize Salesforce between our Communications, Fundraising, Network, Business Development and Investors channels so that we will be better able to communicate with leads, resulting in a more inspired, informed, and involved supporter base.

Objectives & Responsibilities
The main tasks for this project will be, but not limited to, the following:

  • Integration and implementation between Salesforce and other Women’s World Banking Systems as BOX, Intact, and Quickbase
  • Salesforce and Outlook synchronization for calendars
  • Ability to e-mail customers from within Salesforce
  • Reports and Dashboards Optimization and Customization
  • Sales productivity reports
  • Client engagement reports
  • Establish roles and security configuration where needed
  • Consult with WWB’s staff to learn organizational needs and the rationale for current customization of interface
  • Analysis of requirements to determine fit to existing architecture and modules to minimize customization and redundant functionality
  • Create Workflows and process automations based on Teams needs
  • Documented integration and performance testing results
  • Registration for public, open enrollment training programs and certifications for Network members within Salesforce

Salesforce Project (Current Issues)

Phase I

  • Provide or suggest a de-duplication tool to proceed with de-duplication for current data
  • Current system analysis, advice if our current Salesforce instance (NPSP) is the correct one or should we start using unused Objects to accomplish goals
  • Advice the proper approach to optimize the use of Salesforce as our Contact Relationship Management System. Declutter current interface if needed
  • Advice automation and optimization after analyzing current system where needed
  • Report/dashboard creation, analyze current reports that are been run in excel and try to create them in Salesforce. A total of four reports currently are been exported with information from Salesforce and then completed with manual data entry form outside Salesforce
  • Change current Opportunities stages
  • Create new Opportunities stages for different teams (Fundraising and Network members opportunities)
  • A way to Classify Donors (Contacts) Prospect and non-top Prospects.
  • Reminders to staff about contact status, tasks and meetings
  • Team calendar where you could see all the donors touchpoint for the month or quarter
  • Be able to tag Opportunities by regions for example, India so when I’m searching I’m able to find what is in the pipeline for India
  • Two relationship managers per account (if possible)
  • Track active grants and see how much time is left for each grant. If there is a change to the grant all involved staff gets notify
  • Read contracts and grant agreements, grant codes and grant status
  • Opportunities reminders for teams
  • Assign team members to proposals from Salesforce
  • Visualize work process , where we stand
  • Track Network Members, potential, existing, and dropped off.
  • Track fees, auto reminders of who is late of payments
  • Communication should be sent from Salesforce and not e-mail
  • Report on how specific opportunities has an impact on women (how many in specific)
  • Create customize dashboards
  • Be able to see history about an account, who made changes last

Phase II

  • Work on integrations with our current systems, Integrations, QuickBase, Box, and DocuSign/EchoSign
  • Portal for network members where they could see their documentation
  •   Learning Management Systems for Network Members and identified contacts within Salesforce, to create interactions with customers
  • WAM (Capital Market) portfolio engine within Salesforce to track investee’s pipeline, portfolio information, and keep sensitive documentation for investors.
