Summary

Women’s World Banking is seeking a Videographer/Editor. We’re looking for a collaborative, detail-oriented, creative with a strong background in storytelling to assist in the creative design, scripting and editing of a new video series.

About the Project

Women’s World Banking is launching an impact video series – Her Economy – to share the impact of our work in helping to financially include and economically empower women. We want to tell these stories from the perspective of “her”, demonstrating that empowered women can be agents of their own lives achieving prosperity with security and dignity. This approach will not only elevate their crucial perspectives but to also help illustrate why we do what we do. Whether a woman is an end customer of a financial solution we helped roll out or she participated in a workplace leadership program we host, fueling her economic empowerment is our purpose.

We expect footage will come from two sources:

  • New Footage from various markets (India, Nigeria, Indonesia, Cambodia) captured by local videographers with a “boots on the ground”/raw feel and shared with the hired video editor to piece into branded video stories with generally similar story arcs – the challenge, the solution, and the positive life change she has seen due to the project.
  • Existing footage from our archives
