Professor Sonal Shah, former director of the White House Office of Social Innovation and Civic Participation who now leads Georgetown’s new Center for Social Impact and Innovation, will lead panelists Alberto and Olga (SFS’81) Beeck (Parents’15, ’17); Mary Ellen Iskenderian (F’81), president and CEO of Women’s World Banking; Alexandra Cousteau (C’98), founder and president of Blue Legacy International; and Felice Gorordo (C’05), vice president of Clearpath Immigration and co-founder of Roots of Hope, in a discussion of the evolution of philanthropy — from grants to impact investing — and how to integrate values in the workplace.
