Elizabeth Ingerfield

Manager, Leadership & Diversity Programs


Elizabeth is responsible for the Leadership and Diversity Programs. Designing and delivering learning solutions that help global financial inclusion leaders better serve the women customers in their countries and build diverse talent in their institutions.  

Prior to joining Women’s World Banking, Elizabeth managed talent development for global loyalty and benefits company, Collinson, where Elizabeth managed, designed, and delivered the development offering for the organization globally. This encompassed everything from designing and delivering blended programs of learning, to coaching, to implementing initiatives and technology. Elizabeth also worked closely with UK Charity, Coach Core, designing and delivering a program of learning to support young people from disadvantaged backgrounds in entering the working world.  

Elizabeth holds a BA/BSC in Media Arts and Theatre Studies and is trained in DISC Insights®, the Co-Active® coaching methodology, Prince 2 project management, certified as a NLP Practitioner, Neethling Brain Institute facilitator and holds a CIPD Level 5 Learning & Development Consultant/Business Partner and ILM level 4 Managing Diversity & Inclusion.
