Elizabeth Ingerfield is the Manager of Leadership and Diversity Programs. She has worked in the People/Talent development space for the past 5 years and prior to; internal communications and B2C Marketing.
She previously worked at Collinson, a global loyalty and benefits company, where Elizabeth managed, designed, and delivered the development offering for the organization globally. That encompassed everything from designing and delivering blended programs of learning, to coaching, to implementing initiatives and technology. She has experience across a range of subjects, including Mindfulness, DISC – Insights, Agile ways of working and change management.
